Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of our RESCO projects in the solar energy sector. This role encompasses responsibilities ranging from tendering and project delivery to the maintenance of completed projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire lifecycle of RESCO projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Oversee tender preparation, bidding processes, and contract finalization.
• Supervise project implementation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain optimal operation of projects post-delivery, including handling preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in solar plant management or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of RESCO project operations.
• Expertise in tendering, project planning, and maintenance protocols.
• Leadership abilities with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
