As a Retail Store General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, manage the staff, drive profitability, and ensure excellent customer service and store presentation. Responsibilities:
• Maximize store profitability through expense management, revenue optimization, and team leadership.
• Ensure guest and associate satisfaction, exceed brand standards, and manage profitability.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
• Create a positive shopping experience for guests and solicit feedback to meet their expectations.
• Staff the store effectively to meet business demands.
• Provide management training and oversee associate training.
• Foster an inclusive and productive store atmosphere.
• Value and recognize store associates.
• Support talent management and provide overall direction for the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, service, and operational standards.
• Lead change initiatives and champion programs.
• Meet or exceed key performance targets and manage financial plans.
• Build relationships with community partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred.
• Experience in staff selection, training, and management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
