Second Part to Application Process (Survey)

For this to be a good fit on both ends, you should:
• Schedule: We sell homes. Working every single Saturday is required. Split days off. 50-70 Hour Work Week. Lots of HOURS but LOTS of money!
• Possess strong communication and negation/closer skills
• Enjoy working as a team, high level of enthusiasm and energy
• Strong Marketing skills which include social media and other sales platforms as this will be an every day tool in your process
• Quick learner as things change in the real estate industry
• Familiar how to create social media posts, marketplace ads, reels, and MORE
• Competitive nature with a champion attitude
• Must have a strong follow up with all customers
• Must be able to utilize computers and CRM's (ZOHO is a plus)
• Ensure that sales and marketing strategies are developed and planned at an executive level to produce max results
• Motivate, inspire, and contribute to a winning team that works positively together
• Charismatic & charming personality
• Good communication- especially on the phone when speaking with customers
• Persuasive but creative strategies to increase traffic and sales in-store
• Must be a fast-paced, independent, and motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed
