Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced sales representative to drive growth in our commercial and industrial cleaning services division. This hybrid role combines field sales with remote work, requiring strong organizational skills and
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial clients
- Conduct site visits and prepare customized service proposals
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify new market opportunities within the industrial sector
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in commercial or industrial markets
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning services, facility maintenance, or related industries
- Existing network within industrial or commercial sectors in Ontario
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning requirements and safety standards
