Job Summary

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You’ll be providing exceptional service for our existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Processing a high volume of orders from end to end, responding to email inquiries and working with the sales team.
• Maintaining a line of communication with customers pertaining to order status.
• Answering incoming calls concerning a variety of topics.
• Configuring truckload quantities of our products to prepare for shipment.
• Generating appropriate billing and quoting when needed with customer portals.
• Responsible for the intake process for warranty-related questions or customer complaints.
• Communicating daily with production and logistics to coordinate order flow and shipments.
• Required experience – proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, exceptional communication & organizational skills in an office environment. Must be able to work individually and as a team.
• Experience with ERP systems and order management. EDI exposure a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to sudden changes created by the priority or urgency of work assignments.
• Education required – a high school diploma or GED equivalent. A college degree is preferred.
• 3 years with prior experience in customer service with a capacity showing ability to demonstrate care for customers while calmly handling occasionally difficult interactions.
• Industry experience preferred – basic knowledge of manufacturing and logistics.
