Job Description:
As a Pre-Owned Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect pre-owned vehicle to suit their needs. You will use your automotive knowledge and sales skills to guide customers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final sale. Your goal will be to ensure a positive and seamless experience for each customer while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on pre-owned vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits to customers.
• Assist customers with financing options and coordinate with the finance department.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with prospective buyers.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, market trends, and competitors.
• Ensure the dealership showroom and lot are clean and organized.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in pre-owned vehicles, is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
