PURCHASING ASSISTANT (URGENT)
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years experience in f&b industry as purchasing staff or related role
• Must be willing to report daily in Alabang head office.
• Preferably with previous experience working in a F&B industry.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Organized and effective communication skills.
• Able to travel to meet suppliers.
• Able to start ASAP.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparing purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers with end to end delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and delivery schedule that best meets the companies objectives.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for inventory monitoring, receiving of goods, and distribution to stores.
• Maintain supplier purchase records and related documents.
• Sourcing for new suppliers to improve cost savings.
• Analyze inventory levels and weekly purchase cycle to ensure timely replenishment of stocks and minimize wee.
• Liaise with vendors on timely payment fulfillment.
