Responsibilities:
• Oversee and monitor the company's operational performance, cost management, and the implementation of work plans to ensure operational efficiency.
• Identify and verify operational efficiency issues, conducting in-depth analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Develop and propose corrective measures based on analysis findings, presenting them for discussion at management meetings.
• Coordinate closely with the commercial department to analyze trends and patterns, aligning operational strategies with market dynamics.
• Track the implementation of improvement measures in responsible departments, ensuring a closed-loop management system for continuous enhancement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance or revenue management
• Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills are required.
• Strong ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of written English and Chinese, fluency in spoken English and Cantonese, as well as proficiency in Putonghua, are required.
