The Locum Certified Registered Nurse (RN) is a highly skilled and experienced nurse who provides high-quality patient care in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition.
- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited university.
- Current RN license in the state of employment.
- Two or more years of experience as a registered nurse.
- Strong clinical skills in a variety of settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
