Salary: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview:
As a Senior Field Service Technician, you will be at the forefront of our client’s operations, playing a critical role in ensuring that high-quality weighing solutions are delivered and maintained for a diverse range of clients. This position not only requires technical expertise but also a customer-centric approach, as you will be the primary point of contact for clients regarding service, installation, and repairs. Your leadership will help shape the next generation of technicians while driving success on the team.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert for high-tech weighing equipment. Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Performing scheduled jobs, emergency repairs, and installations.
• Providing preventative maintenance and ensuring compliance with Measurement Canada regulations.
• Completing essential documentation, including time sheets, service orders, and calibration reports.
• Traveling to various locations and working flexible hours, including on-call, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Maintaining a personal parts stock and the upkeep of your company-issued service vehicle.
• Following all health and safety policies and maintaining a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Strong mechanical background with low-voltage electrical knowledge.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in varying climates.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; DZ license is an asset.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Measurement Canada accreditation preferred (must be achieved within the first six months).
• Willingness to travel, including potential international assignments (valid passport required).
