Job Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive- HR to join our team at Consern Pharma in Ludhiana. The Senior Executive- HR will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
The Senior Executive- HR will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing Human Resources policies and procedures
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
• Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
• Administering payroll and benefits
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Developing and implementing training and development programs
• Maintaining employee records and preparing reports
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
