Job Description
The Premier Banks team will deliver exceptional banking services to empower the businesses and community partners we serve.
Premier Bank is looking for an Energetic and Dynamic Bank Operations Leadership Position!
Description of Position:
• Ability to think on your feet.
• Manage dynamic customer and employee relationships.

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for up to 40 hours per week or more.
• Must be able to repeatedly bend, twist, kneel/squat and reach overhead.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 20 lbs.
Shift:
Monday – Friday: shift may vary depending on need. Office location hours are 7:15 am – 5:45 pm.
Education & Experience
Job Skills and
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience in banking, business, finance, accounting or related field.
Or
Three to six years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience with preferred three years experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Thorough knowledge of bank operations, products, and services as well as bank compliance and regulatory knowledge.
• Strong customer service, communication and supervisory skills.
