Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain customer relationships in a team-based selling model.
• Ensure timely product delivery and troubleshoot any order-related issues.
• Collect accounts receivable and work with the credit department.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market intelligence and networking.
• Stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Competitive and results-driven mentality.
Physical Requirements:
• Standing, walking, and driving frequently.
• Lifting and carrying products of various weights.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, and grasping objects.

Compensation: The expected base rate for this role is between $50,000.00 and $95,000.00, with additional incentive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
