This is a remote, work from home position that offers a company car, gas card, laptop, cell phone and all vehicle maintenance is covered by Ortho.The ResponsibilitiesWorking under the supervision of the Area Service Manager, will work in an empowered team-based environment to install, troubleshoot, repair, test and certify the full range of microprocessor based electronic products distributed by Ortho Clinical Diagnostics needing field service support.Will be required to accurately complete all paper work associated with service calls and scheduled PMs, prepare repair estimates as required and obtain customer approval prior to proceeding with repairs.Essential to be current on industry practices. Will assist Account Managers with customer presentations and trade shows as required.
