Key Responsibilities:
• Property Management:
• Oversee and maintain a portfolio of properties
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
• Coordinate and supervise property renovations and repairs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant property regulations and safety standards
• Tenant Relations:
• Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs efficiently
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Resolve tenant issues in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct property showings to potential tenants
• Screen and approve tenant applications
• Financial Management:
• Monitor rental income and expenses
• Collect rent payments on time
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Administrative Duties:
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Maintain accurate tenant records and property documentation
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Prepare and distribute correspondence
• Utilize property management software to streamline operations
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in property management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in property management software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
