If you’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcing focussed role with no business development, flexible ‘Supple’ working hours – where you can work an 8 hour day starting anytime between 7:30am to 9:30am and complete the 8 hour day from there, plus hybrid working, three days from home and every Wednesday and Friday in the office – this is the role for you.
Our client, a successful Recruitment business place talent internationally within the Engineering and Aviation sectors. The Aviation sector is busier than ever right now and our client are recruiting for a range of global aviation brands and some of the world’s largest airlines.
Their Recruitment Resourcers quickly become experts at finding new staff for the clients and are at the heart of this busy Aviation Recruitment business.
You’ll be sourcing, interviewing, and matching the best people to the right jobs within Aviation.
You could be working on a project to hire a set number of candidates into Cabin Crew roles or working on positions within airports – no two days are ever the same.
We are looking to find an experienced Recruitment Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant who perhaps wants to move away from the sales side and focus purely on talent attraction.
Equally this role would suit someone from a phone-based Customer Service role or similar – previous recruitment experience is not essential.
A typical day involves sourcing aviation candidates for various airline clients using a range of methods, including:
• Searching through their internal candidate database for matching CVs
• Using various external databases provided by specialist third parties
• Networking with candidates to obtain recommendations and contacts
• Placing job adverts with a range of specialist aviation media / websites
• Liaising with other airlines / aircraft operators with regards to possible surplus staff

Requirements:
• Driven, motivated and activity focused

• Interest in the aviation industry is a plus
• Attention to detail is essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Driving license and car – no travel required but our client are based in a remote location in Farnborough, Hants
