ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The SLP will work with students to diagnose and treat communication and speech disorders in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students develop their communication skills and thrive academically and socially. Come join us in Franklin Park, IL!
Description:
• ASAP- May 30
• 37.5 hrs/wk
• elementary
• co-teaching, ASD program
• structured special education self-contained classroom
• co-teaching with classroom teacher to support language rec and expressive languate throughout the day via: total language communication model (point, gestures, visuals, core boards, switches, talkers, AAC high tech and low tech)
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure
• Experience working with school-aged children with communication disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Dedication to providing evidence-based practice and upholding ethical standards
