Spearhead development and execution of thefull marketing funnel for the brand, harnessing the entire range of marketing functions and activations to drive significant growth. In partnership with key stakeholders from cross-functional teams, develop innovative campaigns to increase brand equity and value with a comprehensive understanding of the brand, its products/innovation, target consumers and business goals. From accelerating awareness to achieving commercial success (both online and offline), fostering collaborative, productive relationships throughout the organization with a unique blend of analytical and creative skills, including a sharp eye for aesthetic and taste level. Collaborating closely with the product and business teams to manage campaign, event participations and management of all marketing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead brand creative and digital/e-commerce marketing teams to develop 360 campaigns and effective content that meet brand objectives and commercial targets.Shape creative direction and brand positioning for product launches to drive innovation.Set brand messaging and align influencer and social activations with campaigns to achieve full-funnel goals.Spearhead brand and product launches to maximize online awareness, consideration, and conversion.Track brand, digital, and commercial metrics/KPIs, providing regular performance reports and recommendations to surpass benchmarks.Oversee brand budgets, refining plans to ensure maximum ROI.Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and events to promote banking products.Create a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with EDB’s mission and values.Partner with agencies to develop high-quality marketing communications.Engage proactively with business and product teams to execute integrated marketing programs and initiatives.Translate the bank’s vision and growth aspirations into effective marketing interventions.Develop innovative campaigns with unique propositions to attract customer interest.Lead the budgeting process based on business team initiatives and manage budget utilization.Increase engagement levels across all social media platforms.Create differentiated marketing communications based on consumer research insights.Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar in collaboration with other teams.Work closely with internal marketing teams to effectively utilize all marketing tools.Collaborate with product teams on new product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.Analyze campaign performance and customer data to inform future marketing tactics.Ensure all marketing efforts align with the bank's overall business objectives and brand values in collaboration with senior management.Manage and grow EDB’s social media presence and foster community engagement through content creation.Monitor brand performance and sentiment, ensuring adherence to visual standards across departments.Control costs on projects to maximize value without compromising quality.
