POSITION SUMMARYAs a Logistics Customer Representative, you will manage the daily interworkings of WEL Logistics customers You will be responsible to be timely when accepting loads, setting appointments, and tracking of each load. You will be responsible to ensure growth for each of your assigned customers by growing the relationship, and ensuring our operations team understands all the criteria... measured for on time service. Work internally and externally to go above and beyond service expectations of our customers. You will be part of the onboarding of new accounts and seek out new opportunities.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS• Freight acceptance and load building• Understand commitment levels to ensure every load is accepted.• Appointment setting including rescheduling appointments as needed.• Update customer portals as needed.• Scorecard management Set up internal and external meetings, pull data, and action plans.• Growth of each account assigned.• Proficient with phone and email conversations.• Build and maintain customer relationships by solicitating customers for additional business, and new opportunities.• Backup brokerage duties as needed.• Other duties as assigned.Reasonable Accommodations StatementTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
