We are looking for Finance Business Partner with 5+ years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India and to be part of our growth story.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading the Business Unit through all tasks in the annual financial cycle, such as monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and the financial aspect of the strategy process
• Implementation of performance management methods and processes, including providing input for the development of relevant measures
• Participation in M&A activities, particularly the implementation of acquisitions
• Ownership of financial processes in the Business Unit, including serving as a point of contact between the Business Unit and Group Finance.
• Identifying areas for process improvement, implementing best practices, and drive efficiency in financial operations.
Candidates need to be proficient in the below mentioned Skills:
• Have a minimum of 6+ years of experience from business finance in a global organization or consultancy,
• Have a master's degree in finance, Controlling or Management Accounting or similar.
• Strong understanding within the field of accounting and finance
• Can juggle multiple tasks and collaborate with stakeholders at various managerial levels in a dynamic business environment.
• Extensive knowledge of MS office and working experience in Power-Bi, or any visualization tool is a must.
• Work independently as well as in teams to create valuable results and achieve strategic goals.
• Possess excellent communication and relationship building skills, to ensure successful collaboration with your many stakeholders.
• Fast learner and passionate about the vertical software industry and a self-driven individual.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
