About us: We are a state-of-the-art orthodontic practice looking for a clinical dental or orthodontic assistant to join our awesome team! We strive in giving the best care to our patients while also providing the best customer service. Applicants must be organized, reliable, motivated, energetic, a team player, personable, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
• Set up treatment rooms for orthodontic procedures
• Take digital photos and x-rays
• Wire changes
• Impressions
• Intraoral scans with iTero
• Fabricate clear retainers
• Placement of orthodontic bands, brackets, appliances, and clear aligner system attachments
• Remove bands and brackets
• Educate patients about their orthodontic treatment and proper care throughout treatment
At least one year of experience in the dental/orthodontic field is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. This is a part-time position working Monday-Thursday.
