We hire top producers. If you are average you can earn $80,000, $125,000 if you are good, and if you are a professional $200,000+.
Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from any start. New or Experienced, Young or Old, if you have the right stuff, we will know it.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $200,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
• * Prospect for potential clients in the real estate market in Ocean City, MD, US
• Conduct market analysis specific to Ocean City, MD, US to determine property values
• Provide accurate pricing recommendations to clients based on market analysis in Ocean City, MD, US
• Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties in Ocean City, MD, US
• Ensure clients' needs and preferences are met during the real estate transaction process in Ocean City, MD, US
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to achieve favorable outcomes for clients in Ocean City, MD, US
• Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the real estate transaction process in Ocean City, MD, US
• Keep clients informed about the progress of their transactions in Ocean City, MD, US
• Address any concerns or questions clients may have during the real estate transaction process in Ocean City, MD, US
Qualifications:
• * Must possess a valid Real Estate License in Ocean City, MD, US
• Proven track record of success in the Real Estate industry
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US (US Work Authorization)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent sales and customer service experiences
