Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Person
Location: Comfort Inn & Suites, Mandan, ND
Wage Range: $18 - $22 per hour
Job Description:
Comfort Inn & Suites in Mandan, ND, is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior maintenance experience and a strong commitment to ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance problems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the storage of tools and materials.
• Collaborate with hotel management and staff to address any maintenance-related concerns promptly.
• Ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety standards.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in maintenance, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
