As a Home Consultant with Clayton, you will be creating a world class home buying experience by assisting customers in identifying a floor plan, selecting options, and coordinating the construction process.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be responsible for engaging with the customer and guiding them through the home buying experience by:
• Marketing and prospecting through various platforms
• Following up with leads to schedule appointments
• Presenting product and design options
• Assessing customers financial qualifications
• Guiding customers through financing options and processes
• Educating customers through the construction process
When You’ll Be Doing It:
• 5-day work week, Saturdays required
• Closed on Sundays, one day off during the week
Compensation:
• You will receive a base salary of $60,000
• Lucrative commission plan and incentive opportunities
• Additional per unit bonus opportunities
• Quarterly Teamshare bonus opportunity
Training: As a Home Consultant you will go through a 5-week training program focused on product knowledge, terminology, technology, and other Clayton processes. You will receive continuous training opportunities focused on our sales process, how to structure a deal, and the construction phase.
Must Be Able To:
• Obtain state required manufactured home sales license, as necessary
• Develop long-term professional relationships through active listening
• Be goal-driven, self-motivated, resilient, and committed to continuous learning
• Use necessary technology
• Be Bilingual (English/Spanish Preferred)
