Traditions of America, award-winning home builder of 55+ communities, is seeking an exceptional Weekend - Part Time Sales Admin/Greeter for our brand new Rose Ridge Community in Allison Park, PA. Candidate must be energetic, a fast learner, and possess excellent attention to detail, strong computer knowledge, and customer service skills. They must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Providing administrative and organizational support
• Customer service
• Support for the Sales and Design Team
• Opening and closing the model homes
• Answering telephones
• CRM data entry and reports,
• Interacting with prospective home buyers in the community
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
