Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant
Maplewood Senior Living is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team at the Newtown, CT location. • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility support
• Engage residents through interaction, conversation, programs, and activities
• Work closely with the nursing team to ensure resident care needs are met
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment and assist in maintaining resident rooms
Requirements:
• Current Connecticut Nurse's Aide Registration
• Passion for working with seniors
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Positive working relationships with residents, families, peers, and staff members
• Good physical and emotional health
