Job Responsibility
• Provide support to the sales team and perform daily sales process activities such as receiving and processing sales orders.
• Support the sales department with other administrative tasks.
• Check customer’s monthly claim before submission.
• Responsible in processing sales order into ERP system
• Coordinate closely with other department to ensure sales order running smoothly
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Monitoring stock level to ensure meet customer requirement
• Checking monthly ageing ensure, invoice, CN, customer claim are capture correctly
• Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details
• To perform other tasks as when required by the management from time to time
Job Requirements
• Qualification Required: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Industrial Background Preferred: Min 2-3 years experience in the food industry Sales administrator or Sales support agent
• Required skill(s): ERP and MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
• A good team player, with high integrity, a positive mindset with the right attitude
• Able to work independently, cope with high pressure in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Fast learner, creative, and willing to explore ideas and act on them.
• 1 Full-Time position available.
