Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Marketing Manager. As the Franchise Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across our franchise network.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to support our franchisees in achieving their business goals while maintaining brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
• Support Franchisee Growth: Provide guidance and support to franchisees in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives, including advertising, promotions, and local events.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media marketing, email campaign to drive traffic and engagement.
• Local Marketing Activation: Collaborate with franchisees to develop localized marketing strategies that resonate with target demographics and drive foot traffic to individual locations.
• Marketing Collateral: Develop and distribute marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials, to support franchisee marketing efforts.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition cost, and campaign effectiveness, to optimize strategies and tactics.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery of marketing materials and services.
• Training and Support: Provide training and resources to franchisees on marketing best practices, tools, and platforms to empower them to execute effective marketing campaigns independently.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a franchise or multi-location marketing role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and franchisees.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and techniques to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Experience in the fitness industry or related fields is a plus.
