Responsibilities:
• Assist with business planning activities, employee events, and office initiatives.
• Efficient and accurate data entry of associate HR transactions into the HRIS system.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and checking references.
• Complete employment verifications.
• This role requires onsite support Monday through Friday between the core hours of 9:00 am-5:00 pm ET.
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and invoice processing.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in office administration is a plus
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
