Early Years Educator required ... to work with a small, hardworking team of nursery educators in providing great care and education in a fun working environment.
HOURS: Various - between 7:30am and 6pm Monday - Friday (4 day option available - approx 36hrs)
PAY: Hourly rate will be based on age and experience.
START DATE: ASAP
We are looking for someone who:
• is qualified to level 3 or above
• has awareness of safeguarding practices
• has previous experience of working in a childcare setting
• is creative, enthusiastic and will bring maturity to the role
• has an in-depth knowledge of the EYFS and other relevant EY frameworks
• has a positive ‘can do’ attitude
• has strong communication skills
• is organised and hard working
• is passionate about all aspects of childcare and understands the importance of the earliest years of life - especially the attachments needed with very young children
An enhanced DBS and references will be sought for the successful candidate. A full Induction will be provided as well as lots of opportunities for training and professional career development.
