Position: DMS Specialist
Reporting To: Digital Transformation Manager
Duty Station: Erbil branch office
Responsibilities of the Job:
• In Troubleshoot, Maintain, and administer Toyota Iraq and Dealers Autoline Systems.
• Create system reports based on operation requirements.
• Perform regular dealers’ site visits to make the sure smooth operation of the System.
• Provide Users with Training and prepare Process flow charts.
• Setting up system configuration based on the operation requirements.
• Ensure System security, and privacy.
• prepare documents, user manuals, and tutorials required for system maintenance and utilization.
• Provide Help desk support once required.
• Requirements:
• Basic knowledge & experience with computer hardware / software installation.
• Basic knowledge & experience with networking components installation & configuration.
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft products (Windows, Outlook, Excel, etc).
• Know-how to diagnose technical problems and develop solutions for them.
• Professional IT certificates are preferred (Cisco, Microsoft).
• Basic knowledge on how the public cloud and private cloud infrastructures are working.
• Iraqi nationality
