Are you looking for a new position which will allow you to teach without QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)?

Progress Teachers are looking to appoint experienced and driven Unqualified Teachers to start in local mainstream secondary settings on a full-time basis. Candidates with strong experience teaching across different subject areas are encouraged to apply, however, a particular focus on Humanities, MFL, Computing, Science, and/or English Literature will be particularly advantageous!

Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver impactful lessons in your subject area, ensuring a consistently well-thought-out and engaging delivery of key content for learners.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment in which approaches to learning are tailored to ensure that all pupils can make access the curriculum and make positive progress.
• Conduct regular assessment in line with department/school policy and provide constructive feedback to students, fostering their growth and development.
• Manage and maintain a safe and organised classroom environment, managing pupil behaviour and always maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
• Participate in parents' evenings, CPD, break duties, and other school events, as required.

Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent, is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience teaching at secondary level in the UK is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of your subject area is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive school culture.
• A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain
