Randstad Education are currently recruiting for a Performing Arts Teacher for a 1 year maternity contract in a Flintshire Secondary School. The role involves teaching Drama and Music. NQTs are welcome .

Responsibilities
• Teaching pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with curriculum requirements
• Possess and maintain a deep and secure knowledge of your subject and the open mindedness to try a more hands on approach to the curriculum.
• Create a challenging and stimulating classroom climate that will motivate pupils to learn, think independently, empathise with others, and perform to the best of their abilities.
• Attending staff training and parents evenings.
• Be aware of the learning needs of the pupils you teach and ensure that each student is given every opportunity to fulfil their potential.
Requirements
• QTS
• KS3 and 4 experience: KS5 experience is desirable
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness )
• EWC registration (or willingness )
