This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of the development of a unique and brand new Key Stage 2 provision at our beautiful woodland site Shortenills - 'Finding My Voice'.• Rooted in the principles of nurture and forest school, a 1-day per week alternative provision to run alongside a mainstream offer.• Designed to change lives, this is a unique approach that will support young people to ...change their narrative and the narrative that others have of them.• The intervention will take place outdoors or in our yurt. It will run daily with a different group of children each day.This position will suit someone who:• is looking to work in a role that is very different to mainstream primary/forest school teaching.• wants to make a difference through doing things differently.Part time working and flexible opportunities are available.
