Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Direct and manage all financial operations and activities of the organization.
• Formulate and execute financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze business operations to pinpoint opportunities for cost reduction and effective expense management.
• Provide financial guidance and support to various departments within the organization.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the executive committee during board meetings.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Previous experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance position is required.
• Strong analytical abilities, with expertise in financial modeling and business analysis.
