Senior Sales Executive

Location: Didcot Dental Studio, Didcot

Salary: £13-£20 per hour (depending on experience) + Generous Commission

Role Overview: We are excited to invite a dynamic and dedicated Senior Sales Executive to join our exceptional team. If you have a strong sales background, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a relentless work ethic, this is an extraordinary opportunity for you. While dental experience is not required, a passion for learning and adapting to our specialized services is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Consultation: Conducting thorough initial consultations with patients, discussing their dental concerns, and gathering relevant information. Working closely with the dentist in communicating treatments to the patient.
• Ethically promote and sell high-end dental treatments and services, ensuring patient trust and satisfaction.
• Financial Coordination: Providing patients with clear and accurate explanations of treatment costs, payment options, and helping them navigate financial arrangements.
• Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently managing the appointment schedule to optimize productivity and ensure smooth patient flow, coordinating with the front desk and dental team as needed.
• Manage new patient enquiries, book appointments, and diligently follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless and exceptional patient experience.

Requirements:
• Proven success in a sales role, ideally within a boutique or high-end service industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
• Bonus scheme
• Commission pay
• Yearly bonus

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
