We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Campaign Manager to join our vibrant and growing team.
As an off-beat marketing agency, we’re growing rapidly and are on the lookout for talented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, thrilling and, often-times, quirky environment. We’re looking for someone who is driven and detail-orientated, with previous experience in running and managing digital marketing outputs, including but not limited to, paid social, and email marketing platforms and CRM – knowledge of HubSpot CRM marketing is a plus.
The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking and customer focused, as you will be required to regularly liaise with our clients regarding their campaigns, providing feedback and recommending next steps for improvement. You’ll have a strong of understanding of reporting on analytics, particularly within the Google platforms, as well as running cross-platform marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and traffic driving.
What will be required:
• Ideate, brief and implement specific marketing campaigns with organic, paid, email and social components
• At least one years experience using Facebook Ad Manger
• Strong experience using and managing social and content marketing platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, HubSpot would also be an advantage
• Be the key point of contact on client accounts
• Be part of a team leading projects and calls
• Have an understanding of Google Analytics
• Problem solving abilities and willing to learn new technologies or skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and work successfully in a fast-paced agency setting
• Preferable: knowledge of SEO
• Essential: a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar or related role
