Sr. Compensation Analyst - Chicago, IL (HYBRID) - 16665

Our client located in Chicago, IL is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst to join their team!

Responsibilities:

1. Market pricing
2. Survey data analysis
3. Merit/incentive plans
4. Job descriptions
5. Communications and compliance

Strong experience in broad-based compensation and the full merit cycle process is a must. Excellent communication skills are required to explain compensation structure and initiatives to employees.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree required
2. 5+ years of progressive compensation experience
