Job Duties:

• Analyze business/technical opportunities and translate process into practice using SAP.
• Interact with divisional management at the Department, Director and Vice President levels; making recommendations that can change the face of our company to the external customer.
• Project involvement is multi-disciplinary and complex in scope.
• Proactively identify enhancements that will meet changing business/technical needs.
• Develop strategic processes and direction for projects. Plan/manage integration and implementation of new technology or business process.
• Coordinate all varieties of testing necessary to provide for complete cross-functional integration and business acceptance.
• SAP knowledge- Subject Matter Expert experience.
• Able to recommend appropriate corrective action or workaround.
• Create, track and manage project work plans, including resource commitments. Deliver on time and under budget.
• Coach other team members in techniques to collect, interpret and present data in ways that facilitate decision-making. Provides excellent knowledge transfer of SAP skills to other junior level Business Processor team members.
• Assume leadership role in a medium-to-large size initiative by playing the part of a project manager, facilitator or sub-team lead.
• Prepare and present reporting results on current initiatives to upper management.

Requirements:

• 3+ yrs experience in SAP APO configuration experience, including DP, PP/DS, SNP and CIF.
• A minimum of 2 Full Project Lifecycle implementations.
• Proficient in creating functional specs related to user exits, enhancement points, reports transactions, custom objects, interfaces and conversions.
• Necessary leadership, team building, motivation, and delegation skills to efficiently coordinate the efforts of a team toward accomplishing a common goal.
• Associate may lead or direct the work of other team members and often report to the Project Lead, Team Lead or Manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Have a strong and thorough understanding of SAP's APO Production Planning / Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), Demand Planning (DP), and Supply Network Planning (SNP), the associated business processes, and how APO is integrated with MM and PP in order to support configuration of modules.

Nice to Have:

• Specific knowledge of the current Office product suite.
• Good presentation, meeting leadership and facilitation skills.
• Some travel may be required.
• Totally capable, fully self-sufficient.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline. Masters degree a plus.

Works with:

• Reporting to the IT Team Leader.
• NAT SAP Supply and Production Planning.
