The analyst will be responsible for the following:

1. Work ASM incident tickets and change tickets.
2. Research false positives and bring tickets to resolution.
3. Mature the use of ASM technology.
4. Document and validate operational support procedures.

Desired Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Desired Experience:

2-3 years of experience with the following:

1. Big-IP ASM required.
2. Strong application firewall background.
3. ASM policy creation, testing, and implementation.
4. SOC Operational tasks and ticketing workflow.
5. Strong networking knowledge, protocols, and ports.
6. Application security vulnerability investigation.
7. Excellent follow-up skills and internal customer communications.
8. Excellent problem-solving background.

Desired Certifications:

General security certifications (CISSP et al) preferred.
