5+ years of experience in enterprise web content management
Experience developing and architecting the HP Autonomy Teamsite, Livesite, and IDOL search products
Experience with TeamSite, LiveSite and OpenDeploy version 8.0 and above.
Web: CSS3, HTML5, DHTML, XSL, AJAX, JQuery, JavaScript
Tools: Rational Clearcase, Webstorm/Eclipse/IntelliJ/Netbeans; OS: Windows
Knowledge of best practices for configuring the product, sizing/optimizing underlying infrastructure to meet capacity/scalability needs
Knowledge of/previous experience in web design, web content management, publishing processes/workflows, and development best practices and standards
Additional plus would be someone with experience implementing Autonomy cloud solutions, or with any experience with any cloud technologies
Effectively communicate, design, plan and implement capabilities that provide value to customers
Experience in a customer-facing role
Experience with Apache web servers and Oracle database
Project management experience
Performance tuning, systems management, backup/recovery/DR scenarios
Leadership skills
Ability to multi-task and be an excellent team member with strong interpersonal and communication skills
