Job Duties

  • Build strong relationships with members, donors, and community partners
  • Spearhead fundraising efforts and grant writing initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Museum Studies, Arts, History, Non-Profit Leadership, or related field
  • Proven experience in people management and leadership
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent program management and event planning abilities
  • Demonstrated success in community engagement and partnership building
  • Adaptability and appreciation for diverse cultural perspectives
  • Prior experience in grant writing and museum program management (desired)
