Job Duties
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff and volunteers
- Oversee all business operations and manage the annual budget

- Organize and execute various museum events and cultural programs
- Build strong relationships with members, donors, and community partners
- Spearhead fundraising efforts and grant writing initiatives
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic planning
- Manage museum programs and exhibitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Museum Studies, Arts, History, Non-Profit Leadership, or related field
- Proven experience in people management and leadership
- Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills
- Excellent program management and event planning abilities
- Demonstrated success in community engagement and partnership building
- Adaptability and appreciation for diverse cultural perspectives
- Prior experience in grant writing and museum program management (desired)
