About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Diversity Equity and Inclusion Manager to join our team at Jobleads-Us. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy forward.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement programs and interventions designed to attract, retain, develop, and advance diverse talent.

• Collaborate with business unit and department leaders to design and execute strategies aligned with firmwide talent objectives.

• Supervise, train, and develop junior DEI professionals.

• Manage and align affinity and resource group strategies with the broader DEI strategy.

• Support effective management of the DEI calendar of programming and events, and relevant budgets.

• Operate as a skilled facilitator, creating content for DEI training and awareness programs.

• Manage and monitor the implementation of DEI programming, including education and awareness-raising initiatives.

• Drive accountability to project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.

• Analyze DEI data trends to measure progress and program effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor or Master's Degree in business administration, leadership, and organizational development preferred.

• Minimum of 4 years of diversity, equity, and inclusion work experience.

• Experience working in a large law firm, professional services firm, or matrixed environment desired.
