The golf range desk team members at Woodinville Sports Club are the first and last impression members at the Club Driving Range receive. Our Golf Desk team is professional, hands-on, and people-people under all circumstances. As a golf desk associate, you will monitor access in and out of the Driving Range, maintain a tidy and organized space, as well as, deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on safety and efficiency. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere, contributing to the overall satisfaction of all who visit WSC.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide unsurpassed service to members and customers.
• Greet and direct members and customers as they arrive and depart.
• Understand how to use a POS system to charge members and guests.
• Maintaining an up-to-date working knowledge of all property amenities as well as any special events.
• Oversee procedural aspects of the Club's golf office (including court reservations and special events), maintaining a presence during peak traffic periods.
• Understanding all golf desk standards and assisting in solving deficiencies and recommending changes for improvement.
• Answer and transfer calls and complaints courteously and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all members’ needs and concerns are responded to in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
• Appropriately answer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department/staff member who can answer them.
• Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest.
• Maintain a calm demeanor and exhibit leadership in emergency situations.
• Recognize and respond effectively to incidents and emergencies.
• Maintain a safe and controlled environment; identify hazardous conditions and eliminate or minimize them.
• Responsible for keeping records on issues or unanswered questions from the day.
• Generate shift reports for the benefit of the next shift, including any special requests and special billing arrangements.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management and/or the Club’s administrative team.
• Always maintain a clean golf range and office area.
• Restock golf desk office supplies as needed.
• Adhere to the posted work schedule.
• Be punctual when reporting for duty and taking breaks.
• Communicate and work well with other Woodinville Sports Club employees, mid-level and upper level management, members, purveyors, and guests of such in a polite and professional manner.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
• Adhere to the rules and regulations as stated in the Employee Handbook.
• Attend club and department meetings as scheduled.
Experience

Certifications
• First Aid/CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Employee must be able to obtain a MAST Class 12 or 13 permit (Required)
