As a Cleaning Captain, you will be responsible for daily cleaning of the interior and exterior of the restaurant:
• Review, maintain, and update logs on cleaning completed
• Use appropriate cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment as outlined
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked area to ensure food quality
• Assist with food preparation, clean up, and support when necessary
Requirements
• Good personal grooming
• Good communication skills
• Stand up for 8 hours
• Able to lift 35-50 pounds and carry up to 30 feet
• Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous
• Bilateral use of fingers and wrists
• Arrive at work on time
• Flexible scheduling
• Follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment (including fryers, ovens, etc.)
• Able to push/pull up to 90 pounds up to 30 feet
• Adheres to company/city/state/USA safety requirements
• Knowledge of and compliance with policies and processes
