• OverviewThe Leadership Management job leads, manages, mentors, and develops the technology teams across ETP teams including Office of the CIO, business solutions, enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams.
Duties And Responsibilities.
• Manages tactical steps. Bachelor.s degree and formal education in relevant disciplines (Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics or relevant degreed).
• 7+ years related experience in technology management, customer relationship management and staff management.
• Change Agent with Managerial Courage, Coaching, Delivers Results, Drives Vision & Purpose, Executive Presence. Influencing, Servant Leadership.
• Teambuilding/Develops Team Problem Solver, Strategic Thinker, Builds Strong Teams. Strong Business Acumen, Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Working knowledge of multiple disciplines and technologies.
• Demonstrated and effective leadership skills.. Detail oriented with strategic planning and problem-solving skills..
• Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Possess a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism with the ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment.
• Able to effectively work independently and in a team environment, with staff at all levels, to achievebusiness goals..
• Experience managing and mentoring team members. Defines business objectives and tactical operations to achieved defined objectives. Engages technical and business teams to ensure the team direction, priority and focus enable corporatesuccess.
• Delivers proactive, business focused IT services that enable rapid business growth and smooth businessoperations.
• Coordinates priorities between the IT department and user departments. Oversees technical team in collaboration with vendor and other support teams for problem resolution .
• Continues to seek out opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction and deepen clientrelationships
Minimum Qualifications
Job Description
• Proven track record of managing impediments that exceed the self-organizing capabilities of SGWS. teams.
• Demonstrates ability to recognize healthy team conflicts and promotes constructive disagreement.
• Project Management (PMI) or Agile Certification. Competent with SAFe, Scrumban, XP, Kanban, Lean, and other Agile frameworks.
• Experience in food and beverage, CPG or distribution industry
• Specialized Skills and Technologies. Proficient with Scrumban, XP, Kanban, Lean, and other Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency with Office365. Understands systems development methodology and infrastructure project delivery.
• Manage project budget, risk, and issuesPhysical Demands. Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine.
