Expert in Reinforcement LearningWe are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Reinforcement Learning Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying cutting-edge reinforcement learning techniques to real-world customer communication challenges.Main Responsibilities:• Develop and apply advanced reinforcement learning algorithms to improve performance,... sample efficiency, and robustness at scale.• Conduct research on state-of-the-art reinforcement learning techniques and their applicability to marketing optimization.• Implement better monitoring and observability tooling to improve OfferFit's platform.• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop APIs for OfferFit ML components.• Participate in customer implementations to gain insights into real-world use cases.About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to bridge cutting-edge research with real-world applications.
