D&E Landscaping is hiring dependable Snow Plow Operators for the 2024-2025 season, focused on serving commercial and industrial properties throughout the GTA. What We Offer Hourly Wage:
Starting at $25 per hour
Guaranteed Minimum Weekly Hours: 21 hours, regardless of snowfall
Winter Bonus: End-of-season bonus for strong attendance and performance
Paid Training: Gain the skills for efficient and safe plowing
Uniforms & Safety Gear: Quality all-weather gear provided, including gloves, jackets, and reflective equipment
Position Requirements
Experience: At least 2 years of snow plowing experience, ideally with commercial or industrial properties
Valid G License & Clean Record: Clean driving abstract is required
24/7 Availability: Able to respond to short-notice dispatches, including weekends and holidays
Reliable Transportation: Capable of quickly traveling to our Mississauga shop
Physical Ability: Comfortable working in winter conditions for extended periods
Key Responsibilities:
Operating snow plows to clear parking lots, sidewalks, and driveways
Applying ice melt and keeping pathways safe for clients
Performing pre- and post-shift equipment inspections
Communicating job progress and site conditions to the team
