Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be critical in generating revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Staffing Bay's services to potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads and contacting prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and analyze staffing industry trends.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful placement of candidates and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or the staffing industry is an asset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of the staffing industry or recruitment processes is an advantage.
