Personal Progress Tutor
Up to 33 hours per week, term time only, 44.2 weeks per year
Salary £26,097 per annum, pro rata

Are you passionate about education and helping students reach their full potential?
Bexhill College is looking for enthusiastic and well-qualified graduates to act as a Personal Progress Tutors, supporting our students to achieve their qualifications. Personal Progress Tutors have a key role in tutorial delivery as well as supporting students with UCAS and their next steps. We are committed to providing a supportive and enriching educational environment for our students. We believe that providing an outstanding curriculum and excellent support is key to student success, and our personal tutors play a crucial role in achieving this.
The successful candidate needs to be confident in working with young people. The successful candidate could hold a degree in any area as full training is given.
There would be the opportunity to undertake a Certificate in Education should the successful candidate wish to do so.
This is a 33 per hour week post over 5 days, term time only role. However, the college would consider applications from people who wish to work 4 days a week. Please specify on your application form.

Successful candidates will be required to possess an enhanced DBS certificate to be employed at the College. If you do not hold one, this will be applied for after interview if successful.
